Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding, manuals, and hardware included to ensure safe transit.
Ship Back to Leader
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a bulky item pickup.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned furniture for quality, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
